Tyler Clement manages the Experience Assessment group in support of PPL Electric Utilities, with a specific focus on Human Performance and Corrective Action Program areas. He is also responsible for supporting activities, including safety data analytics and key performance indicator development. At PPL EU, he has also served in asset strategy and construction management roles.
Before coming to PPL EU, Tyler spent eight years primarily in the oil and gas sector, in international construction and commissioning roles. Prior to his time in the oil and gas industry, he developed and operated data acquisition software for indirect calorimetry units at Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During this time, he also served as an Army National Guard AMEDD officer in support of the 256th IBCT, based in Lafayette, LA.
Tyler holds both a BS and MS in Biological Engineering and an MBA from Louisiana State University. His professional interests include human and organizational performance, high-speed data acquisition and real-time processing, and process optimization and automation.
