As CEO & Founder of KnowledgeVine, David is pioneering AI-driven workforce intelligence, behavioral science, and risk mitigation strategies that predict, prevent, and eliminate workforce errors before they occur.
Dave Sowers
Co-Founder, CFO
Dave Sowers is a founding member of Knowledge Vine; Dave has almost 35 years of experience in power generation and the utility industry. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program and holds a bachelor’s degree in resources management and a master’s degree in both management and emergency management and homeland security.
Ken Hallaran
Chief Operating Officer
Ken Hallaran has over 20 years of utility and nuclear power industry experience. He started his career in the United States Navy Nuclear Power Program. His experience as a field worker, supervisor, and manager has given him the ability to be effective in multiple areas and levels of an organization.
Todd Brumfield
VP, Operational Excellence
Todd Brumfield brings over 30 years of operations excellence to KnowledgeVine. He’s served in director-level positions at several utilities in the United States with responsibility for areas including training, oversight, corrective action and self-assessment, nuclear security, regulatory assistance, and emergency preparedness.
